Welcome to we-help.life ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using this website and any courses, materials, or services offered through it, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Operator

The Platform is jointly operated by:

 

• We Help Life OÜ – registered in Estonia

 

• Qilin Dynamics Limited – registered in Hong Kong

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

 

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

 

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

• Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

 

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of Content & Intellectual Property

 

• All courses, videos, documents, images, and other materials published on the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective authors or the Platform operators.

 

• You may access content solely for personal, non-commercial learning purposes unless otherwise stated.

 

• Copying, redistributing, reselling, screen-recording, or publicly sharing any Platform content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Platform you agree not to:

 

• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, illegal, or infringing content.

 

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its servers, or other users' accounts.

 

• Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or extract data.

 

• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality.

 

• Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Course Enrollment & Payments

 

• Certain courses or features may require payment. All prices are displayed at the time of purchase.

 

• Payments are processed through the third-party payment provider(s) integrated into the Platform.

 

• Unless stated otherwise, all sales are final. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis; please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

7. Certificates & Completion

Certificates of completion, where offered, are issued based on course-specific requirements. Certificates represent completion of the course material on this Platform and do not constitute accredited academic credentials unless explicitly stated.

8. Instructor / Content Provider Rules

If you publish courses or content on the Platform:

 

• You must own or hold the necessary rights to all content you upload.

 

• You grant the Platform a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute your content to enrolled users.

 

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). User data is stored on servers located in Germany. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination & Suspension

 

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in conduct harmful to the Platform or other users.

 

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at helpishere@we-help.life.

 

• Upon termination, your access to purchased content may be revoked.

11. Disclaimers

 

• The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

 

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

 

• We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the content available on the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profit.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Estonia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
